How To Bread Pork Chops Without Eggs

Basic Pan-Fried Thin Pork Chops (No Egg)

ChefDLH

"This a nifty pan- sear pork chop fabricated with no egg mixture. Nigh times yous dip in the egg and so dredge. Nosotros needed ane without egg and this fits the bill. It is geared to be a how to for the newer cook. Beingness a basic recipe it tin be altered to suit anyone's gustatory modality. I feed the kids these chops fabricated this way and they gobble them up-no convincing needed. Enjoy! ChefDLH"

OMG. My mind is blown. Made this today and information technology was very like shooting fish in a barrel and fast to make. My brother said information technology was very skillful. I added a little more than seasoning. The one thing I would change is the cooking fourth dimension. Mine were sparse cutting, so virtually 4 minutes each side. I loved it. Thank you so much. The no egg role was what I followed when I clicked on your recipe. Greetings from Virginia.

I've made these for years and they'rey husband's favorite mode to eat pork chops. I simplify by putting the flour and seasoning (but salt, black pepper, and a little garlic powder) in a big zipper bag. I mix well, then driblet in the damp chops and toss vto coat well. Afterward all chops are done I put them in a warm oven to hold while I brand a pan total of creamed gravy, which we like with the chops, rice or mashed potatoes, and staff of life or biscuits. Umm, umm!
